Return / Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, here’s how returns and refunds work:

Eligibility for Returns:

• You have 7 days from receiving the item to request a return.
• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or damaged items due to misuse.
• Items marked as clearance or final sale.

Return Process:

1. Email us at support@thefinefancy.com with your order number and reason.
2. We will respond with return instructions.
3. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Once returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.
• Refunds will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
For defective items, we offer a 1-to-1 replacement, subject to stock availability.
